Chloe was in queen marys under going tests. She had an MRI on 7 sept and they found a tumour in her brain stem. She was very good and was sedated for the scan. She slept for hours afterwards and was asleep when the doctors told us what they found. We were devestated. We had to travel to the Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton the next day to meet the consultant who specalised in her type of tumour. We found out how rare and aggressive her tumour was. Poor little thing was unaware of what we had found out and just wanted to go home. I signed the forms ready for her radiotherapy and met the lady from Clic Sargeant who was helpful although pushy. Dr Darren Hargreaves said we could go home with some steroids which would help reduce the aggregation of the tumour so Chloe could be a bridesmaid for Aunty Ange on the Saturday.
